Job Purpose and Summary
This is an excellent career opportunity, reporting to the Business Operations Director.
The successful candidate will proactively and strategically manage the area of Order Management, with responsibility for both the UK and Manila based teams. You will be working and aligning closely with the Sales and Service Channels, in order to achieve profitable sales and service revenue & unit targets. With a real focus on delivering a high level of customer experience you will effectively manage and develop all members of the Teams, to exceed their productivity targets and deliver a proactive and positive communications to our customers and key stakeholders.
As the lead for Order Management area you will have responsibility for ownership of the process from receipt of the Order through to delivery and contract activation. You will be responsible and accountable for month end financial responsibilities to ensure accurate business results and reporting within the organisation. You will ensure that we have the relevant people and processes in place to continually meet and exceed the defined SLAs and KPIs. up to £56,728, depending on experience

What we ask
The role gives you an excellent opportunity to use your management skills where you will manage several teams and be responsible for the Order Management operations in the UK and Manila. Ensuring sales and service revenues are maximised through effective order processing and contract activation and we meet defined SLAs and KPIs
Leadership and Direction, ensuring that teams are fully informed on the Mid Term Plan (MTP) for Business Operations as well as the wider business and understand how they contribute to the overall objectives
Focus on continuous employee engagement activities to help build a strong and sustainable team.
Leading or taking an active role in the roll out and implementation of Pan European and local initiatives, sometimes involving third part suppliers, you will help to transform the Business Operations function to improve cost efficiencies and the customer experience. Being a leader of change, you will educate, advise and develop end to end processes bringing about consistency across Business Operations.
Protecting the business in line with Company policies and procedures, you will manage all escalated customer issues and complaints.
Your strong leadership and motivational skills will be used alongside annual performance reviews, quarterly development meetings and development plans, to ensure ongoing development of team members. By analysing results and developing actions plans from employee survey results, you will ensure that feedback is understood, and actions taken to improve employee engagement.
You will be responsible for salary reward decisions and managing HR or people related issues. Your recruitment and selection skills will play a vital part in this role.
You will be accountable for a number of key areas including analysis of data, trends, reduction of queries, managing debt levels and will have responsibility to validate and authorise invoices and credits.
You will need
Strong leadership skills with the ability to create alignment across teams
Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to confidently influence and negotiate at all levels
Effective complaint and issue management skills
Strong analytical skills essential
Proactive problem solving, demonstrates ability to bring new ideas and creative solutions to existing processes
Strong project management skills, delivering on time and within budget
A comprehensive understanding of Order Fulfilment or Contract Management processes and procedures.
