QA are recruiting for a Business Operations Apprentice on behalf of a trusted customer. Their Glasgow office is based a short walk from Glasgow Central train station and Buchanan Bus Station. The business is a leading provider of debt recovery, enforcement, and citation services.
This role will be supported by a Business Administration SCQF Level 6 Modern Apprenticeship, delivered by QA Apprenticeships.
Responsibilities:
Accurate document preparation, statutory and internally generatedMonitoring the quality of output, as per specified requirements and deadlinesMaintaining and replying to internal and external communications from clients/customers and other business areasEnsuring correspondence is issued correctlyWorking closely with operational teams and departments to build and develop working relationshipsContinuing to enhance skills and knowledge in order to achieve the best resultsActing in a professional manner and adhering to all company procedures and policies at all times Required skills:
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environmentExcellent communications - both verbal and writtenExcellent attention to detailPositive outlook and a clear focus on qualityPassionate attitude for change and personal developmentGood relationship building skills Salary: £21,255 per annum Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm Benefits:
