Working closely with the CCO and other Executive Committee members you will be an integral part of the business administration.The main purpose of this role is to provide an effective and efficient executive support to the Chief Commercial Officer to deliver the Group’s commercial agenda.The business manager will become deputy of the CCO in many internal meetings, support preparation of external strategic presentations to existing and new employers, as well as financial advisors.The role will allow you to cover a number of different areas and disciplines across the business, for example:• Working with our proposition team reshaping our customer offer and running research• Collaborating with Digital building new journeys or exploiting AI to distrust the market• Assisting with marketing engaging directly with our members with our new mobile app• Supporting pricing and data analytics building new insights to transform customer outcomesThis is a unique, versatile opportunity within the business to influence positive change and impact across a number of key areas.Responsibilities:• Support CCO led projects.• Lead Commercial annual planning cycle.• Prepare key reports and presentations on behalf of CCO.• Manage highly confidential information.• Attend meetings with and on behalf of CCO.• Work closely with the CC PA to ensure effective running of the Commercial Directorate• Planning and prioritising of CCO time working closely with CCO PA• Take specific requests from CCO to identify or intervene and execute them with the senior leadership team.Qualifications:• Educated to degree level.• Excellent knowledge of business management and planning• Experience in a highly confidential environment• Self-motivated, versatile, dynamic, pragmatic and resilient• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging, influencing and driving positive involvement and outcomes at all levels of an organisationPerks:Our people are our strength so finding ways to value and reward them is important to us.
