Business Manager (Textile Waste/Recycling)
Well what another amazing role for my Client who are a very well known Charitable organisation based on the outskirts of Wakefield!
As the Business Manager you will oversee the Waste/Recycling side of the organisation ensuring that the most ethical method, along with following legislations and being cost effective is adopted at all times.
Meeting with potential new recycling providers, negotiating pricing and sourcing methods of reducing waste this role is critical for the Charity.
· Must have experience of working with Recycling/Waste
· Commercially aware
· Ability to plan projects from start to finish
· Financial management/budget management experience
· Experience of working with Contractors and 3rd parties
· Experience of managing high value contracts
· Negotiation skills
· Able to transpose data into reports
· KPI driven/aware
· Ability to lead your team
The role will involve meeting with Contractors, other business locations throughout the UK therefore a Car Driver is essential.
This position will be offered initially on an ongoing temporary basis with the view of permanent position becoming available.
The hours of work are 36 hours per week Monday to Friday – full-time.
An hourly payrate of £19.65 will be offered
