Business Manager for Head of EMEA & Global Business Operations

This exciting role reports directly to the Head of EMEA & Global Business Operations. This team is currently expanding to be able to deliver business management services into the Head of EMEA & Global Business Operations office around reporting and MI, research and analysis, competitive analysis, and project work.How you'll spend your time...Prepare board reporting, deliver MI and analytical overlay for the Head of EMEA & Global Business Operations around business performance such as controls environment, change and integration .Create presentations and reporting packs for various formal committees and boards.Supporting the Head of EMEA & Global Business Operations with business planning activities, including office staff and location analysis, budgeting, offsites and broader business planning initiatives.Run projects on behalf of the Head of EMEA & Global Business Operations. Examples may include, roll out a new policy, or manage the ISAE control testing project.Participate in management meetings creating agendas, generating and tracking action items.To be successful in this role you will have...An understanding of Asset Management.Strong communication skills and ability to create high quality content and presentations.Excellent analytical skills and to be able to bring data and reports to life.Excellent self-starter and ability to work alone to a brief.Strong with MS Word/Power Point/Excel.Logical approach, strong analytical ability, methodical and with attention to detail.Trusted with confidential information.Confident and comfortable with senior management, must be able to develop good relationships with internal teams at all levels.Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.Capable of analysing data and critically summarising relevant information to provide insight.About Columbia Threadneedle InvestmentsWorking at Columbia Threadneedle Investments you'll find growth and career opportunities across all of our businesses.We're intentionally built to help you succeed.
