We operate a 5-day working week between Mondayand Saturday, with a RDO during the week in lieu of Saturday.Theindividual will be an energetic and experienced Business Manager, with anability to build strong relationships with our customers based on trust andconfidence. You will be responsible for presenting the various finance andinsurance products, with excellent communication skills, ensuring a highstandard of customer satisfaction, be a result-oriented professional with aneye on meeting dealership targets. Youwill be part of a passionate, dynamic, and organised Finance Team providing thebusiness with the structure required for great results.In this role you will beresponsible for a variety of functions:Processdaily banking receipts and deposit.Reconcilethe daily transactions and the closing summary.Generatecustomer ID and data entry to the CRM system.Generatereceipt & invoice for customers’ transactions.Assist inthe closing procedures upon the post-delivery.Assist indaily, weekly and monthly report on the Sales and Delivered deals.Assist indealership ad-hoc duties including administrative, events and promotions.What you’ll bring:To be successful in your newrole you will have:Professional & excellent customerservice experience.A mature and positive "can doattitude"A switched-on person who is good atmulti-taskingStrong attention to detailCalm & measured under pressureFlexibility and adaptabilityReliability an absolute mustA commitment to providing the highestlevels of customer serviceA willingness for continuous improvementand learningExperience in a similar role or withinthe hospitality industry.Experience in a similar rolewithin the automotive industry is preferred but not essential.
