If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Business Intelligence Relationship Manager for our College. In this role, you will play a key part in bridging the gap between our managers across the College and the Information Services Team, ensuring their needs are understood and translated effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesHelping stakeholders understand their data, enabling for effective data-driven decisionsLead the technical team's presence across the College, ensuring robust support and service delivery.Proactively engage with key stakeholders to develop and implement strategic action plans.Efficiently manage follow-up actions within the Information Services Team, ensuring timely resolutionMaintain relationships across multiple teams and functions to drive collaborationOversee the successful management of Projects within the team, from inception to completionSkills & KnowledgeWe strive to be an inclusive employer and welcome applications from individuals who believe they can contribute effectively to this role.
