We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an ambitious Business Intelligence Manager to join us. Working with an experienced reporting team, you will provide game changing reporting solutions throughout the organisation. What does the role involve?Supporting the business in delivering on each of its core strategiesBecome the go to person for support with value adding reporting requestsData warehouse design, data modelling, build and manipulationOptimize the Azure Data Analytics platform, allowing ingestion of data from a variety of data sources to support Power BI reportingBuild, optimise and metadata management of data modelsRun and maintain a cost-effective Azure Cloud reporting infrastructureWork closely with security, data protection and compliance teams to ensure a secure and compliant data architecture is maintainedUndertake customisation, development projects and reports from proposal to deploymentAssist in resolving faults (e.g. reporting failures and customer challenges)Adopt a best in class approach to creating and maintain a documented development libraryDevelop and lead a small team of Data Analysts/EngineersLead by example and role model the ScS RIGHT Values and Behaviours This is a hybrid role, based at our support centre in Sunderland Who are we looking for?Experience within a similar roleSomeone who can demonstrate a strong level experience in reporting, data integration and technical skill, with in depth SQL knowledge.Experience with a broad range of Microsoft technologies would be an advantage.
