Job Description: Client Advertising is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our EU team based in our London office in Shoreditch. Client Advertising operates at the intersection of advertising and ecommerce and offers advertisers a rich array of innovative advertising solutions across Client's mobile and desktop websites, proprietary devices and DSP solutions.
The BI Analyst will support our EU Markets with a focus on supporting our Large Customer Ads Sales team and analysing our overall advertising business in Europe. The role is integral in delivering reporting and insight to support the delivery of the Sales teams' KPIs and strategic goals. The candidate will be a highly motivated individual, comfortable collaborating with business partners across Europe and BI/finance partners across regions. The ability to work independently with a problem-solving mindset is critical and the role requires an individual who is eager to learn and possess a strong technical skill-set. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, strong attention to detail, and an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Basic Qualification
- 4-6 years of experience
- Hands-on analytics work experience, with proven quantitative orientation.
- Fluency in SQL, and good understanding of ETL is a must.
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, QuickSight or similar tools
- Ability to think big, understand business strategy, provide consultative business analysis, and leverage technical skills to create insightful BI solutions.
- Ability to prioritize projects, manage multiple competing priorities and drive projects to completion under tight deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to assume leadership role with cross-functional peers.
- Be self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects
