Job Description
We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with experience in ServiceNow to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions that provide valuable insights to support business decision-making processes. Additionally, proficiency in ServiceNow is essential to integrate BI solutions with our ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless data flow and enhanced operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
BI Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement BI solutions to meet business requirements and objectives.
Data Modeling: Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and data marts to support BI initiatives.
Reporting and Analytics: Create intuitive and interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Data Integration: Integrate BI solutions with ServiceNow platform, ensuring data consistency and accuracy across systems.
ServiceNow Expertise: Utilize expertise in ServiceNow to leverage its capabilities for BI initiatives, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
Performance Tuning: Monitor and optimize BI solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, data engineers, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective BI solutions.
Documentation: Document BI solutions, data models, and processes for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of BI solutions and self-service reporting capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in developing BI solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Strong proficiency in SQL and data warehousing concepts.
Experience in ServiceNow platform, including configuration, development, and integration capabilities.
Familiarity with ETL processes and tools for data integration.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
