Job DescriptionSenior BI Developer – London – Permanent - Hybrid (1/2 per week)We have recently partnered with a leading Lloyd’s syndicate and venture capital investor focusing on the insurance industry with half a billion dollars in premium excess. They are looking for a BI Developer. As the BI Developer you will maintain data warehouse systems used for internal and financial reporting whilst having an excellent SQL Server and Lloyds background. This role comes with the flexibility of working on a hybrid basis and ample opportunities for both vertical and horizontal growthYou as the BI Developer will support ETL development and spring cycles whilst gathering requirements for both for both business and technical. As the BI Developer you will support the design and developing BI solutions, tools, and applications including both cloud and on-premise environmentsYou as the BI Developer will implement and maintain databases, data warehouses, and data architecture whilst performing SQL queries and data analysis. As the BI Developer create and curate reports, dashboards, and master data whilst developing and improving system analytical tools.Requirements: Min of 5+ years’ experience working as a BI Developer/SQL Developer in Lloyds/London market insuranceWorking knowledge or experience with: o SQL Coding o Lloyd’s market experience o Delivering BI Solutionso PowerBI o MSBINote.
