We offer our customers a wide range of services, including global delivery, storage solutions, and the option to sell wines through our single marketplace platform.About the roleAs a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will specialize in providing information, analytics, and insights to the company. You will build Power BI reports to answer business questions, create self-service data models for company users, and turn raw data into meaningful insights for senior management.You will collaborate with colleagues across the global company to gather requirements, design models, and develop visualizations that empower stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.This role can be based in Budapest, Hungary, or London, UK. Candidates must be based in one of these locations, as office work will be required.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for building and maintaining tools, reporting, and dashboards in Power BI that align with design and development standards that are accurate, effective, and understood by the business.To understand business workflows and requirements in the BI context and design data models.To create visually appealing and interactive dashboards and reports supporting business processes and reporting requirements.To perform efficient, detailed, and accurate analysis.Collaborate with colleagues to understand data needs and ensure data architecture integrity and accuracy.To help the Data Engineer with Data Warehouse development, providing requirements for data integration.Conduct analytical reviews of our current data to identify trends, business opportunities, or insights and provide commentary and context as outputs.Optimise queries, processes, and data models for improved performance and efficiency.Skills + Experience Proven track record as a PowerBI developer with demonstrable experience developing and implementing BI solutions.Proven experience in DAX & MS SQL.Experience working with a variety of information systems and data files.Good analytical and strong problem-solving aptitude.Ability to prioritise multiple activities in a rapidly changing environment and deliver quality service.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and with cross-functional teams.Self-motivated with exceptional time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail.Genuine interest in technology, eagerness to learn and experiment.Why work for us?Competitive salaryHybrid workingGenerous staff discountOpportunities for professional developmentBe part of a dynamic and collaborative work environment
