Job DescriptionBusiness Intelligence Analyst with excellent data visualisation and reporting skills required on a permanent basis by a global manufacturing organisation based in Hatfield on a hybrid basis.The Business Intelligence will provide strategic insights, analysis, and reporting solutions, enabling the business to make data-driven decisions via data visualisation tools and methods, transforming complex datasets into actionable insights.You will be responsible for ensuring the business has access to Management Intelligence reports & dashboards, primarily leveraging their Board reporting system and Power BI - This is an excellent opportunity to be developed and trained in Board Intelligent Planning Platform (EPM/CPM tool).To be considered for this position applicants must have the following skills:· Proven experience in Business Intelligence · Excellent Data management & Data visualisation skills· Visualisation tools (Tableau / Qliksense / Qlikview/ Looker)· Power BI· Able to work with large, complex datasets· Able to translate conceptual requirements to stated needs, enabling effective report generation· Self starter, able to work with ambiguity· Excellent communication skillsThis is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and customer-centric Business Intelligence Analyst to join a successful and progressive organisation, offering the opportunity to be trained and developed in Board, and in-demand and niche Intelligent Planning platform.The ideal candidate for this role will hold a strong BI, data analysis & visualisation background, proven skills in PowerBI, demonstrable working knowledge of Tableau / Qliksense / Qlikview (or similar) and the aptitude to develop their suite of visualisation tools.This is a permanent role based flexibly from my client’s Hatfield HQ (~ 2 days / week on site) offering a salary of between £42,000 – 48,000 + bonus + an excellent benefits package.
