£31,364 - £35,745 per annum
Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to join our talented and friendly Business Insights team that provides a critical function for Walsall Council and the citizens we serve.
You will bring an enthusiastic, can-do approach to help us deliver insight through data and performance analysis to colleagues - working with them to understand what they need to know and offering specialist advice to support their decision-making.
Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as an ability to provide support to a variety of audiences. You should have a good eye for detail with experience of data manipulation and analysis, ideally within a local authority environment.
Our work in Business Insights is extremely varied - ranging from the development of reporting and monitoring products, technical troubleshooting, to the collection and submission of data for statutory returns in social care and other areas of work. This keeps it exciting and means there will always be plenty of opportunities to develop your skills with a variety of IT systems and software.
Training will be provided where necessary and proactive learning and development is always encouraged! We are absolutely committed to your professional development.
