Role and Responsibilities:As a Business Insight Analyst, you will play a crucial role in empowering various business units through data insights. Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating closely with partners from different business units to understand their data needs. Bridging the gap between data and business objectives to provide meaningful and actionable insights. Developing tailored solutions and standardized reporting frameworks to support specific goals. Guiding partners through data exploration, uncovering trends, patterns, and key performance indicators. Communicating insights and recommendations effectively through clear and impactful visualizations. Ensuring the availability of accurate and relevant data to target the right audiences ahead of time. Conducting gap analysis and briefing data agencies promptly and efficiently. Utilizing Salesforce database interrogation skills to generate accurate and compliant audience selections. Identifying gaps in our data on Salesforce and making recommendations for improvement. Collaborating with Production, Marketing, and Sales to build well-targeted data. Providing analysis of data and ongoing recommendations to improve audience strategies. Creating necessary reports using Salesforce. Supporting the ongoing monitoring of data quality within selections. Staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices. Requirements:The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills: High level of numeracy and analytical thinking. Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical staff effectively. Experience in managing high workloads and prioritizations. Curiosity and external awareness to stay ahead of industry trends. Proven experience working with Salesforce. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
