Plus extra days off on Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve and on your BirthdayUp to 2 volunteering days per yearYour own personal company Soldo cardEmployee Assistance ProgrammeTax efficient bike to work schemeThe roleThe Innovation team is designed to test, validate and implement the initiatives that will set up the fintech for its next horizon of growth.This role supports Soldo in identifying, incubating and accelerating new growth opportunities that sit outside of the organisation’s existing core offering.By working closely with Soldo’s senior management, you will identify, prioritise and set up the MVPs for new initiatives. Once success criteria are met, you will scale them and embed them in day-to-day processes with the support of existing teams. This position will prepare you to become a skilled operator, with experience in identifying avenues for growth and rapidly standing them up in a fast-paced environment, spanning domains that include go-to-market, product and financial services. Ensuring a regulatory culture is established and nurtured within the team is a key element of this role.Responsibilities Collaborate with Soldo’s senior management and conduct independent research and analysis to source possible opportunities for growthSize the addressable market potential of the opportunities and deliver a comprehensive feasibility assessment through the lenses of go-to-market, product, technology, operations and compliancePrioritise identified opportunities based on expected impact and time-to-marketMap out in detail each opportunity’s proposition and specify requirements for an MVP as well as for the future-state solutionCollaborate with existing teams to rapidly incubate the MVPs, capture learnings and refine the proposition and requirementsMonitor the progress of MVP and set success metrics to determine whether to scale further or wind downWork with the Business Operations team and other divisions to implement successful initiatives and scale them.We're looking for someone who must have2-3 years of hands-on work as an Analyst, Associate or Consultant in management consulting ideally (MBB preferred), working on a wide range of projects across industries and domainsExperience in performing market sizing analyses, conducting expert calls and mapping out propositions for new products, use cases and/or lines of businessSelf-starter with a desire to take end-to-end ownership of an idea from sizing to incubation to roll-outStrong people skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at every level of the organisationAbility to bring structure to new problems while maintaining the flexibility to refine and adapt the direction over timeAbility to define a plan and adhere to the specified timeframes, managing expectations throughoutAbility to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.
