A dynamic and growth-oriented company is currently seeking an experienced Business Improvement Manager. This senior leadership role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in steering the company through a period of significant expansion and transformation aimed at enhancing innovation, continuous improvement, and
operational excellence.
Role Summary:
The Business Improvement Manager will be instrumental in driving strategic growth by implementing change and improvement across all business areas. This involves developing a comprehensive plan that aligns the company's strategic goals with operational activities, and leading an extensive improvement program aimed at boosting delivery performance, labour efficiency, product quality, and working capital.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Developing and executing a strategic action plan.
Applying Lean principles and tools across the organization.
Leading improvement initiatives such as Kaizen events.
Coaching and training staff at all levels, including senior leadership.
Managing and coordinating all improvement program activities.
Facilitating the use of key performance indicators and reports.
Candidate Profile:
Degree qualified in a technical discipline or significant industry experience
Substantial experience in delivering meaningful strategic improvements within complex manufacturing operations
Experience within Aerospace, Defence or other similar regulated manufacturing operation.
Strong data management and KPI delivery skills.
