Key Responsibilities:
instruction from new clients, advising on cost and terms of business in accordance with practice requirements from the SRA
the necessary preparation for all matters
clients fully informed throughout their case, including sending confirmations after appointments or court hearings and everything is recorded
complex cases
both internally and externally to achieve successful outcomes
advocacy at court
files, inclusive of attendance notes of meetings, attendances and phone calls
clients where required
with SRA’s standards of professional conduct
Key Requirements:
passion for corporate crime and regulatory work
in white collar investigations brought by government bodies.
experience in handling cases for court
communication skills
to detail
to deliver definitive advice to corporate clients
analytical and problem solving skills
