About the role: Business Engagement Specialist The Business Engagement Specialist (BES) team is an exciting team to work for, we work directly with employers to help them grow their talent pipelines. We have a variety of apprenticeships on offer and can help businesses employ an apprentice with us. We also work directly with employers to help them take on T-level students on work placement. Your role will be predominately external facing; working closely with employers through outreach and also following up on various leads and enquiries, however you will also need to work internally with our team of performance coaches, tutors and faculty managers. You will be based at any of our campuses. Some of the BES team currently adopt a hybrid working pattern and the successful applicant will have the option to work from home for part of the week if they would prefer to do so. This role will be predominately focused on engaging with businesses across the Oxfordshire/Berkshire region however the successful applicant will need to be adaptable and flexible should the needs of the business change. You will be engaging with businesses and helping them to solve their recruitment challenges through accessing a pipeline of talent via apprenticeships and T-level placements but also via other means of engagement with our college group. This is a permanent, part time position (0.6 Pro Rata), with hybrid working available. What do you need to be a successful Business Engagement Specialist at Activate Learning? We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator/relationship builder, experienced at working towards targets/KPIs, highly organised and efficient, adaptable and flexible, and interested in working in education. Sales / engagement experience would be highly beneficial, as would knowledge of apprenticeships and/or T-Levels. Why work with the Activate Learning Group? Here are some of our benefits:
