Hours:8:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday
Location: Welwyn Garden City
A leading international specialist access provider offering clients the design, supply and erection of mast climbers, hoists and other access solutions.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Development Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new business across the scaffolding, mast climber and hoist divisions. Experience in Construction is a must and access desirable.
Working under the direction of the Business Development Manager and Company Directors, the role is an all-encompassing one with specific focus on securing new business across the range of services offered with both new and existing clients.
Duties to include but not limited to:
Obtaining work winning tendering opportunities in across the regions we operate
Converting / securing priced tenders
Building long term relationships with new and existing customers
Maintain / update CRM database in line with current tenders and future work.
Following up new leads, existing enquiries and tenders submitted
Actively demonstrate leadership throughout the sales cycle and during the “closing process”
Skills required:
Pro-active and self-motivated
Proven track record of business growth in a previous role
Excellent communication skills
Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Be able to prioritise workload within a busy environment
Construction Industry experience desirable
