Role Information
For this role you will be responsible for learner starts within our Manchester Academy.
You will need these important qualities:
Previous sales experience within a similar role with proven evidence of a target and KPI focus.
Industry experience (minimum 3 years).
Organisational skills – generation of a robust 6 month plan for learner recruitment.
Knowledge of funding streams within the sector.
Have general knowledge of use of social media platforms for learner engagement.
Ability to build and maintain strong and agile relationships through networking in the wider area, providing monthly updates to support recruitment.
Ability to communicate at all levels.
An approachable, positive and motivated attitude.
Prospecting and attending careers and recruitment events within your area.
Planning recruitment events to drive learner numbers within the academy.
Accurate figure reporting based on actual starts and realistic projections.
Provide additional support during the learners initial period of onboarding, including sessions to ensure fulfilment of learner expectations.
Provide social media updates to support local recruiting initiatives.
Weekly reporting to the line manager, demonstrating knowledge and understanding of the academies performance and projected activity to boost recruitment.
Ability to build a network of salons to promote CPD and apprenticeship opportunities.
Knowledge of apprenticeships within Hair & Beauty and support with the onboarding process.
Maintenance of learner notice boards which include upcoming courses, short course opportunities, guest speakers and job vacancies.
Complete a standardised interview process to maintain learner experience.
Develop strong relationships with Secondary Schools to generate strong study programme numbers and advertise alternative provision.
Administration and Generic
Conduct your role in line with the behaviour aligned with our company values.
Comply with the Safeguarding, Prevent and Health and Safety Policies and be vigilant to potential concerns and risks at all times.
Comply and follow all processes within the Health and Safety Policy.
Comply and follow all processes within the IT Policy and, Data Protection and Information Security Policy.
