Role Information
Transforming lives is what we do best, and there is no better example of this than in our Academies. Our Military Academies have seen amazing growth over the last few months with the addition of MPCT taking us to a total of 39 academies across England and Wales. We want to continue this amazing growth by driving learner starts across all sites, helping us to expand further in the future and transforming even more lives. As a Learner Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for your own recruiting targets by making the Military Academies within your area, the provider of choice for all those referral agencies and people looking for the preparation and support needed, allowing them to join their career of choice. You will work very closely with your Centre Managers in support of learner recruitment for their Academies and report to the Deputy Regional Operations Manager who will be your line manager.You will need these important qualities:Ability to build and maintain strong and agile partnerships with a wide range of referral agenciesAbility to communicate at all levels.Keen attention to detailAn approachable, positive and can do attitude.In this role you will be responsible for starts across our Bristol and Gloucester MPCT Academies. DUTIES Develop and maintain positive relationships with key external referral agencies and partners, (e.g. Armed Forces, schools, local authorities, community leaders, JCPs and employers), to maximise the relationships in support of lead generation and starts for the Military AcademiesProspecting and attending careers and recruiting events within your Area of Responsibility (AOR) by maintaining relationships with the key external referral agencies.Liaise regularly with stakeholders to ensure they are aware and have the required resources to refer and point learners to the Military Provision and wider Group offer.Create awareness and load potential starts on to planned events and open days to generate potential interest awareness and onboarding.Manage employer and referral agency contact details to support regular marketing communications and quality support surveys as per sales team forecast of events.Advertise current Staff vacancies and wider group opportunities during recruiting activities.Communicate effectively and efficiently to potential referral agencies and follow up any partnership opportunities to support potential new Learners.Provide additional support during the learners initial period of onboarding, including sessions to ensure fulfilment of referral agency and learner expectations.Provide social media updates to support local recruiting initiatives.Report on monthly activities against set targets and key performance indicators with Deputy Regional Operations Manager.Administration and GenericConduct your role in line with the behaviour aligned with our company valuesComply with the Safeguarding, Prevent and Health and Safety Policies and be vigilant to potential concerns and risks at all timesComply and follow all processes within the Health and Safety PolicyComply and follow all processes within the IT Policy and, Data Protection and Information Security PolicyPromote equal opportunities and recognition of diversity throughout the companyEnsure the maintenance of confidentially and professionalism at all timeIt is essential that you have a commitment to behave in a way that meets our company values and that places the learner and their well-being at the heart of what you do.In this role you will receive bonus payments and an OTE of up to £36,000ESSENTIAL CRITERIA We love to develop our people so even if you don't meet 100% of the essential criteria, we strongly encourage you to apply. Experience in a sales or recruitment roleMilitary knowledge or interest would be beneficial. Driving license and access to a car

Learners are at the centre of everything we do so we are committed to safeguarding and promoting their welfare. If your role is applicable, the successful applicant will be required to provide satisfactory references and prove their eligibility to work in the UK. Depending on your role, we may also need to carry out a DBS check in addition to an adverse media / digital search.
