Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire
Hours: Fulltime, Permanent
Salary: £30,000 per annum + OTE up to £50,000

Job Description

Our client is looking for a self-driven Business Development Manager to join their team. As a Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will be to provide excellent service, negation, and sales abilities to consistently secure project.

Key Responsibilities of a Business Development Manager

* Utilise various communication channels to engage potential clients who have expressed interest.

* Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain benefits of products.

* Apply proven sales techniques and negation strategies to successfully close deals.

* Utilise strong mathematical skills to calculate and present the ROI to potential clients.

* Manage and track clients using software, ensuring all information is correct.

* Perceive new technology and systems to effectively communicate with customers.

* Obtain a solid understanding of fundamental technical aspects of company products and services.

Key Skills of a Business Development Manager

* Proven track record in sales.

* Proficient in utilising digital communications tools to drive sales.

* Fast learner, ability to pick up systems quickly.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Experience in using software CRM or similar relationship management systems.

* Ability to understand and convey technical information.
