The position, reporting directly to the group GM, has emerged due to a rapid increase in business enquiries and growth plans. Therefore, we are seeking to add an exceptional member to our team.
What’s required is a highly motivated, experienced person with a track record of developing and nurturing B2B sales relationships within the M&E and building services sector to take full advantage of these opportunities and deliver high impact from day 1. Target markets are education facilities, commercial premises, hospitality, healthcare, warehousing and manufacturing businesses and more, in specific relation to building re-fits and refurbishments and M&E installations & lifecycle refurbishment.
Key Responsibilities
Winning new business and drive sales for M&E refit and refurbishment projects with a value from £500K to £2m
Full accountability to deliver against the deal and revenue targets for the business each year
Developing accounts utilising current case studies of successful projects
Directly contacting a wide range of stakeholders in reference to the target areas highlighted above to ensure a sufficient pipeline of opportunity and conversion rate
Utilise credibility within the industry to build long term relationships with clients.
Build a diverse client base to maintain an adaptable and market rigid portfolio.
Support the GM to identify key strategic routes to market and develop the action plan to deliver.
Required Skills and Experience
Proven track record of sales, business development and account management.
Sales structure training and understanding of the process.
Solid technical awareness of associated M&E technology, its application, features and benefits
Understanding of target markets – Healthcare sector, Schools, Hospitality, Commercial Premises, Office buildings, Warehousing, and manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of Office 365 environment
Ability to work under pressure.
