Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager at Ripca UK. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The role involves implementing strategic plans, conducting market research, analyzing competition, and presenting sales reports. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
Strong knowledge of the electrical industry and market trends
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Experience in conducting market research and analyzing competition
Ability to work independently and remotely
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Valid UK driving license
