Position:
Business Development Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for new business sales in the beauty salon, spa, and aesthetic clinic industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business prospects and schedule appointments with premium beauty salons.
Deliver persuasive business presentations and successfully close deals.
Collaborate with finance partners to secure leasing arrangements.
Coordinate the installation of devices and organise customer training sessions.
Provide comprehensive after-sales support as needed.
Create additional sales opportunities through cross-selling and upselling.
Ensure the CRM system is regularly updated and fully utilised to maintain an effective sales pipeline.
Take ownership of your territory and manage it effectively to maximise sales opportunities.
Enhance relationships with the existing customer base to strengthen and expand business.
Participate in conferences, seminars, and industry trade fairs.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in B2B sales, including lead generation and target achievement.
Experience in cold calling to generate leads.
Positive and outgoing persona, coupled with a passion for the beauty industry.
Strong negotiation skills and a persuasive, influential approach.
Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
Self-motivated, outgoing, resilient, and hardworking.
Valid UK driving licence.
Business-level English proficiency.
