Talent Partners are looking to hire a Business Development Manager for a client company who are focused on growing and developing their business in the UK marketplace. As Business Development Manager, you will be interacting with pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies who are looking to manufacture and import products into the UK & EU markeplace in accordance with all relevant statutory compliance, and this is an area where our client company excels!
Key Responsibilities of the role will include:
Develop and execute sales strategies in conjuction with the company's senior management team.
Research prospects, generate leads, and actively grow commercial revenue for the business.
Represent our client company at industry exhibitions, conferences and trade association events.
Prepare quotes and lead the sales process for the company across your territory.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all sales and marketing activities are delivered in accordance with agreed business plans and financial guidelines.
Be comfortable selling a solution based service to propsective clients.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
4+ years experience in a commercial role in B2B services environment.
Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical marketplace is required, with experience in quality and compliance being very advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience of CRM tools and Salesforce is desirable.
Over achiever on revenue targets in current and/or previous roles.
