Location: Newcastle
Salary: £30,000 basic plus uncapped commission
Monday-Friday Standard office hours

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join the team and help expand the market presence.
Job Description: Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales of our managed print, document solutions, and broadband services. You will play a crucial role in our growth strategy, working closely with our sales and marketing teams to achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development Manager
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and expand our customer base.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular communication and meetings.
Sales Process: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals, including preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales role within the managed print, document solutions, or broadband industry.
Skills: Strong understanding of managed print services, document solutions, and broadband products.
Sales Acumen: Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Self-Motivation: Highly motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Networking: Ability to build and maintain a robust network of industry contacts.
Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
