Business Development Manager for Additional Services at Bridges Estate Agents

The Role:

Are you an experienced Business Development Manager looking for a dynamic career opportunity in a market-leading estate agency? Bridges Estate Agents is seeking a driven, energetic, and highly motivated individual to join our Additional Services Department. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in sales and management who enjoys engaging with customers, partners, and teams.

As a Business Development Manager at Bridges, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and development within our profitable department, working alongside our Residential Sales business to deliver the best customer experience in the industry across Hampshire and Surrey. You will be based in one of our local offices, surrounded by like-minded, bright, and outgoing colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct daily morning meetings with the Director.

* Manage your schedule and structure your days, weeks, and months effectively.

* Participate in monthly strategy meetings with the Director, developing and presenting ideas.

* Evaluate performance in weekly strategy meetings, ensuring targets are met.

* Serve as a key contact for existing and new partners.

* Identify and maximise lead and business opportunities across the group.

* Achieve group targets for leads, sign-ups, and completions.

* Develop improvement strategies and work with teams to implement them, including providing training.

* Ensure excellent client service delivery and resolve issues promptly.

* Set up new starters for success with structured inductions and training.

* Assist with onboarding new partners and advertisers.

* Become proficient with RPS and partner CRMs, working with finance teams for accurate data.

* Collaborate with the marketing department to create and run digital and eMarketing campaigns.

* Produce social media content to promote department services.

* Share internal communications, including success stories and product updates.
