Our client is seeking a dynamic and resilient Business Development Manager to join their sales team, promoting and growing their market-leading Ophthalmology portfolio into key Secondary Care customers across the South East of England (Kent, Surrey, Sussex & Hampshire).

Ideal Requirement for the Business Development Manager

* You will be an experienced Pharmaceutical salesperson within Secondary Care.

* Experience in the Ophthalmology market is desired but not essential.

* A consistent record of high performance of achieving objectives and competencies.

Role Responsibilities for the Business Development Manager

* Represent the business as a sales and business development professional within a defined geographical area.

* Act as a point of contact on a local level for the customers in their varying roles within healthcare economies and maximise service-orientated contact with these individuals to increase their usage of products.

* Delivery of marketing and business objectives, maximising the return on resources employed, and operating within the defined practices, ethics, standards, and processes.
