Business Development Manager - Cyber Security
Hybrid / London - Up to £70k base with x2 OTE

Consegna Talent Solutions have been tasked with supporting an existing Cyber client on their next search for a net new logo hunter focussing within the UK.
Traditional security is being left behind, with the power of AI & ML, clients are being protected from threats via email, cloud, web or multi-channel attacks via their services 24/7.
For this role you will need to be a self-starter, although these guys are not, you will need to have a 'start up' mentality to come on board and hit the ground running, managing the full sales cycle from winning the accounts all the way to renewals.

Key Responsibilities for the Business Development Manager
Prospect new mid-market logo accounts
Develop a GTM strategy for your target accounts
Schedule and attend meetings to demo & present portfolio
Leverage experience and industry expertise to help identify, develop and drive sales activities and processes
Develop an in-depth understanding of the target customer and product to help build out product and pricing model
Collaborate internally with product and customer success teams to help improve and maintain the customer feedback loop
Work with the SLT on sales data / KPI collection, monitoring and improvement to achieve & exceed targets
Work with channel partners and internal marketing teams to drive activity
Skills and Qualities
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience selling Cyber Security solutions to mid-market organistions
Demonstrable relationship and network building skills
MEDDIC/Sandler sales methodology preferred
A demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience building and managing end-to-end sales cycles and pipelines
A proven track record in a similar role with career ambitions for fast growth
An appetite and potential for leadership is a bonus
