Business Development Manager Responsibilities and Duties

• Target of �1million


• Identify and analyse new business opportunities through networking and prospecting.


• Develop effective working relationships with clients to ensure long term retention and expansion of business.


• Manage own time and self-generated appointments.


• Present to potential customers and generate bespoke tenders.


• Manager Contract negotiations.


• Produce and submit monthly management report of progress.


• Smooth mobilization & handover to operations on new contracts.


• Be responsible for company image and brand.


• Attend networking functions in and around London.

Business Development Manager Requirements

Industry experience would be ideal or B2B Commercial contract sales experience or Facility Management services
