Business Development Manager

BD/Sales Engineer – Gosport (hybrid) – Up to 80k doe

I am working with a company who design and create navigation and mission systems. Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for a BD/Sales Manager to join them.

The role will involve supporting the company’s clients wider business development and sales activities, both in the UK and overseas.

Responsibilities

• Support BD and sales for complex systems and equipment for Naval Combatants & Maritime Surveillance Systems projects


• Attend business meetings with prospective customers and partners which may include international travel


• Maintain a detailed understanding of the company’s customer’s strategies and future needs, shaping customer strategies and needs to create opportunities

Requirements

• Experienced with B2B sales


• Government Sales experience


• Engineering degree advantageous


• Knowledge of maritime navigation systems is advantageous
