Business Development Manager

Overview:



Jackson Hogg is delighted to be partnered with a global manufacturing business in the search of two Business Development Managers. Our client is a leading manufacturer in water analysis equipment with customers across the world. These roles will operate remotely with travel required to their customer base.



Responsibilities:




  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

  • Work closely with the global sales team to explore opportunities with key accounts based on successes in other territories.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.



Requirements:




  • Experience within manufacturing and ideally water industries.

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or related field.

  • Demonstrate experience as a BDM or relevant alternative role, with experience of growing existing customers and developing new business.

  • Have experience of selling to end users and channel partners.

  • Demonstrate technical credibility internally and externally, possessing the ability to discuss with customers’ technical teams and utilise problem-solving skills to address customer needs.
