Working closely with Case Managers, Care Experts, Solicitors, Insurers and Multiple Disciplinary Teams of experts to ensure our clients get the best possible rehabilitation available.







Job Description:



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth for the AICS GROUP.







Responsibilities:




  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and customer satisfaction.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.

  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.

  • Track and report sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.

  • Work closely with the operational team to introduce new and creative systems that develop the daily operational of the business.

  • Attend networking events and other industry events to promote the service of AICS GROUP.













Requirements:




  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales, preferably in Health and Social Care industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering results.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
