About the Business Development Manager role





As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for the following.






  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing customers.

  • Develop, manage, and fulfil a sales pipeline. 

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers within target customers.

  • Collaborate effectively with the wider team on targeted campaigns.

  • Present solutions to customers in an informative and professional manner.

  • Ensure the CRM system is kept up to date with the right information inputted at each stage of the sales process.

  • Attend industry and networking events.

What’s on offer?






  • A basic salary between £30,000 and £35,000.

  • A monthly commission scheme with a quarterly bonus. OTE around £20,000.
