£30,000 - £40,000 + Uncapped Commission + Car AllowanceWe are working with a worldwide freight forwarding specialist who are looking for a BDM to join their business with the opportunity to make uncapped commission from day 1.They are providing a chance to work remotely across the entire UK. You'll also get to oversee the entire sales process by managing leads and pipelines effectively.What you'll do:Proactively identify and reach out to new customers through calls and face to face visits.To work towards a personal KPI target of new business.Demonstrate and present proposals of the services to customers.Negotiate and pursue revenue opportunities with new and existing customers.Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.Actively recognise and manage a constant pipeline and leads of potential new customers.ExperienceMinimum of 2 years experience in field salesKnowledge of the freight forwarding logistics industryProven track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.Strong relationship management skills.Self-motivated and target drivenExcellent time management and organisational skills.Strong negotiation skillsPackage:£(phone number removed)Car allowanceUncapped commissionHybrid/ Remote flexible workingPod Talent are independent specialist recruiters in the Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing and R&D space covering roles internationally from entry to board level.
