Headquartered in the City of London, our global network includes 22 subsidiary and partner offices.The Client Services team at Brand Finance is tasked with the development and management of our new business funnel, from broad reach engagement marketing, to proposal generation, to key account planning.We seek an energetic, empathetic and ambitious Business Development professional to help drive the next phase of growth of our business.The role offers the opportunity to develop your career as part of the next growth phase of Brand Finance, whilst engaging at senior levels with some of the world’s best-known companies.THE ROLEOur brand valuation methodology has become a global standard for benchmarking brand performance and our services are in high demand. In the last few years, we have worked with more than 300 of the largest and most well-known companies in the world and receive a constant flow of new requests for support, from both existing clients and new prospects. The Business Development Manager plays a critical role to help with these requests, ensuring:clients' needs and requirements are well understood;proposals are produced to the highest standard, working collaboratively with our consulting team; andthe overall experience of interacting with Brand Finance through to project commencement is exceptional.CORE RESPONSIBILITIESQualification of new work opportunities in collaboration with our directors and members of our consulting team.Work to empathetically understand client requirements, motives and buying criteria.Authoring high-quality sales proposals that address client needs.Orchestrating and participating in the pitching process.Liaison with regional representatives to support and enhance their new business development efforts.Pipeline management and reporting.Diligent record keeping within our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics).DESIRABLE ATTRIBUTES5 years or more prior experience in consultative selling and business development in professional services.Empathetic listener.Fluent in English.
