We are now looking for a UK Business Development Manager to confidently sell the VoCoVo brand and the benefits it brings to the rest of the UK market - securing major roll-out deals, negotiating contracts, and managing multiple long sales cycles.Responsibilities:Picking up current projects and take them forward to roll-outActing as the direct point of contact for all stages of the sales cycle before handing them over to the Accounts team once completedBuilding strong relationships with operational, managerial and executive level personnelForecasting new business opportunities up to 18 months in advanceSelling our suite of hardware and software to increase our ARRWorking closely with out lead generation agency, taking new business meetings when requiredCreating strategic project action plansWorking with the Head of Sales and Continuous Improvement Manager on improving sales processesSelling DaaS contracts to new and existing customers to ensure all new customers take our connected store packageWorking closely with and coach the Sales Project Lead where appropriateEnsuring customer contracts are in line with our risk matrixBuilding clear and concise SoW documents that can be negotiated between the customer and VoCoVoBuilding and delivering detailed, engaging presentations to the relevant personnelLiaising with and involving key internal stakeholders, ensuring they are involved as and when appropriateSkills and Requirements:Experience selling to major retailers in the UKExperience working in the voice technology or headset technology industriesHighly motivated individual with a positive attitudeDriven and competitiveDriven to meet (and exceed) targets, as well as meet deadlinesBusiness creation and sales consulting skillsStrong, confident negotiation skills50 miles from Cheltenham - 2 days a week in the officeWhat we can offer youPersonal career opportunities as we scale.A dynamic team culture with an employee-wide bonus scheme linked to annual results.The packageHybrid working, within 50 miles of the Cheltenham office.£50,000 - £60,000Company bonus scheme25 days holiday + bank holiday5% contributory pension schemeLife assurance & private medical insuranceEV salary sacrifice schemeEmployee assistance programmeFree on-site company parkingCycle2Work schemeEnhanced maternity & paternity packageTraining & development opportunitiesApply Now
