Our client is a leading property investment provider based in Billericay Essex. They seek an experienced Business Development Managerto take their business to the next level.
The Role:
B2B sales
Generating own leads as well as working from the company database
Networking and arranging client meetings
Researching similar companies to introduce your products
Good understanding of property investment
Retain/manage existing accounts
Up-selling to maximise sales
The Person:
Confident, dedicated, enthusiastic & motivated
Confident to ask for the business and close deals
Understanding of digital currency and tokenisation
A strategic planner
Perfect time management
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and prioritise workload
Strong IT skills
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
An additional language would be advantageous
This is a full-time role Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm but you must have the flexibility when needed to secure the business and close the deals.£28,000 – £35,000 depending on experience + commission with uncapped earnings £80,000 OTE.This role is office-based unless you are out on client meetings. There is on-site parking available.
