Business Development Manager, Needed for our client based in the South West PCB Assembly /Contract Electronic Manufacturing (CEM) markets.As Business Development Manager you will be required to promote our clients PCB Assembly & Box Build services predominantly across the South of England.The role will be field-based, calling on existing and new potential customers, with a requirement to visit the manufacturing site in Weston Super Mare.The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with new customers, will be sales-focused with strong communication skills. You should be able to think critically be able to demonstrate the ability to execute and agreed sales strategy.Responsibilities:
* Identify new customer opportunities.
* Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand.
* Maintain existing business relationships.
* Think critically when planning to ensure project success.Requirements:
* Experience in Contract Electronics Manufacturing
* Knowledge of PCB Assembly costings.
* Knowledge of Electronics
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
* Focused and goal-oriented.The remuneration package will comprise basic plus bonus.Additional benefits include a Company car, Laptop and Phone etc
