Your Role:
As an Business Development Manager, your mission is to:
Based from their offices nr Maidstone performing a field based role in London.(High end clients)
Identify and target new potential clients/brands who can benefit from their unique products whilst also managing and selling to their extensive client basis
Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
Present their portfolio of packaging products with flair and passion, showcasing how they can transform their brand presence.
Collaborate with their design and production teams to bring your clients' visions to life.
Close deals and exceed sales targets, earning competitive commissions along the way.
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales, with a knack for understanding clients' needs.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player.
Willing to commute to a Dartford office 3 times a week
Package for the Business Development Manager
On offer for the Business Development Manager is a basic of £25,000-£30,000 – you will also be given a number of different benefits along with the standard stuff to be discussed at interview stage :) - On target earnings are £40,000-£45,#####.
