How do they do this?
Depending on their membership level the members receive a dedicated Business Advisor who will invest time each month to understand what gaps or challenges they may have in their business. They will then match the member to the right expert providing a solution.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for individuals with an outgoing personality who are confident and professional in their approach. With proven B2B sales experience and the ability to communicate with senior decision makers and business owners in an articulate and knowledgeable way over the telephone and via video conference calls. You will need to be a self-motivated individual with the ability to overcome objections and close the sale.
Business Development Manager - Role Responsibilities:
· A comprehensive understanding of the business, and the value of our Business Hub membership subscriptions available
· Making outbound calls through a dialler using a proven sales structure to discover more about the customer and to introduce the company using a strong value proposition and case studies to sign up new members and create firm next steps.
· Self-generation of leads through LinkedIn, networking events, word of mouth etc...
· Respond to inbound enquiries with the view to converting prospect to new paying members.
· Ability to upsell membership subscription levels.
· Using Microsoft Bookings to schedule new business appointments.
· Updating our internal CRM system to track all meetings booked, meetings sat, meeting outcomes and new paying business members.
· Proficient note taking and the ability to spot opportunities and close deals using a consultative sale approach.
· Working towards company targets for number of new member sign ups.
Business Development Manager - Applicant Requirements:
Experience working in the B2B sector (essential)
Previous experience working remotely (essential)
A proven track record in achieving sales targets (essential)
Ability to demonstrate effective communication skills both written and verbal (essential)
Ability to communicate and present via video conference - zoom/teams (essential)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and or CRM software (essential)
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships (preferred)
A key ability to identify potential opportunities and link back to our offering (consultative sale experience preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (preferred)
Previous experience in using LinkedIn (preferred)
Experience presenting to and communicating with senior decision makers (preferred)
Experience selling a membership subscription-based service (preferred)
How you will be expected to work?
The role will be home based and will require the use of a laptop and headset (provided by the company). You will be expected to host virtual teams/zoom meetings and present our business hub subscription levels to key decision makers.
How much will you earn?
Annual Salary is dependent on experience ranging between £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (OTE £60k+ per annum).
Uncapped commission / bonus structure
Additional employee benefits will be made available to the right candidate.
20 days holiday per year plus bank holidays + an additional 5 days holiday for Christmas Shut Down.
