Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve growth objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing partnerships to increase market reach.
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Lead the development of compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients.
Set revenue targets and work towards achieving them through effective business development strategies.
Lead, mentor, and inspire the business development team, fostering a collaborative environment.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards.
