We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in selling job advertising (or similar) and a background at a major UK job board or agency to join our team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of office and remote working from Bromley, Kent.The Role:As a Business Development Manager, you will be crucial in driving Tal.ai Limited’s growth by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating lasting client relationships. You will promote our managed recruitment campaigns, leveraging your expertise in job advertising sales and experience with major UK job boards to meet client needs. A significant advantage in this role is the provision of warm leads through various proven marketing funnels, ensuring you have a steady stream of potential clients to engage with.Key Responsibilities:Convert warm leads provided through our marketing funnels into new business opportunities, managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closure.Conduct market analysis to discover new potential clients and industries that could benefit from our managed recruitment campaigns.Reach out to prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media, supplemented by our steady supply of warm leads.Understand and articulate client needs, demonstrating how Tal.ai's solutions can meet their recruitment challenges.Stay informed about the recruitment industry, especially job advertising trends and the competitive landscape.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies based on market feedback.Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.Compensation:Basic Salary: £22,000 - £35,000, dependent on experience.Commission: Uncapped, with realistic On Target Earnings (OTE) of £45,000 - £55,000 in the first year.
