Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager, specializing in Data Centre & Renewable Energy Recruitment and Staffing.

This role offers the opportunity for growth and progression into a General Manager / Senior Leadership position, 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth in the Data Center and Rnewable Energy Market. 


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.


• Lead the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and selection, ensuring high-quality placements.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of recruitment services.


• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform business strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably within the recruitment industry with experience in Data Centre Projects & Renewable Energy


• Strong understanding of the Data Centre sector and its recruitment needs.


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.


• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
