Educated Appointments are delighted to be working with a GOOD Ofsted rated training provider who are on their quest to become an OUTSTANDING provider in the near future. This provider are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager for their office in Warrington. Working on a hybrid basis (2 days home working, 3 days office, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for sourcing and engaging with employers nationally to present the clients L&D offering.
Presenting face to face and virtually, the Business Development Manager will also account manage their clients and deliver a high level or professionalism.
The provider offer a variety of office based apprenticeships, including Customer Service, Sales, Team Leading and Operational Management.
Although a good understanding of the education sector (especially apprenticeships) is advantageous, it isn't essential. However, the desire to succeed and a winning attitude is!
Main Roles & Responsibilities
- Be passionate about learning and development and the value of apprenticeships, with a desire to develop and inspire others.
- Have experience and competence in B2B Sales or Account Management and present a professional, credible, and knowledgeable approach.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new opportunities through prospecting and referrals.
- Work with stakeholders and line managers to provide timely updates on programme performance.
- Regularly facilitate employer reviews to discuss new projects
- Attend client meetings, presentations, information and launch sessions.
- Contribute to the team success, working closely with the Sales Manager, Managing Director, Quality and Curriculum departments to deliver an outstanding learner experience.
- Work autonomously to ensure weekly KPIs, expectations and tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- To promote genuine equality, diversity and well-being in all aspects of apprenticeship delivery and take responsibility for the health, safety and safeguarding activities applicable to the role as set out in the organisation’s policy statements.
