Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Remote with travel across the North Region
Salary: Up to £35,000 + uncapped Commission (£50,000)

Hours - Full Time: 37.5 hours p/w; typically 9am-5pm

We are looking for a self-confident person who can deliver our strategic objectives. Working autonomously, you will receive excellent support from Commando Joe’s and our partner company who is also an industry leader in the education industry, currently supporting over 800 schools.
Experience in the Education sector is vital to the success of the role, as you will need to be confident talking to Head Teachers and Senior Leaders, so sector knowledge is vital. We will consider applications from those who have worked in education, but not necessarily in a sales role.
A sales role naturally requires someone who is tenacious and driven to hit targets and get results, which by its nature does mean that there will always end up being a bit of flexibility around start and finish times, and travel is obviously going to be required, but we do have a great work life balance, which enables downtime during weekends and particularly during school holidays.
