Job Descriptionto £45K Basic – circa £90K OTE (Uncapped Commission Scheme) + £6K Car Allowance (or company car) + Corporate Benefits Package!Our client is one of the UK’s leading technology businesses, partnering with Global vendors to provide industry leading solutions focused on achieving greater scalability, mobility, integration, and cost-effectiveness.With a specialist Telecoms/Unified Comms team, supplying leading-edge Telephony, VoIP, Video and Messaging Integration, they pride themselves on their portfolio of small, medium and enterprise clients, as well as being a significant partner across all public sector organisations.To drive continued success across their prospective client base, they are looking to attract highly experienced business development professionals with a successful track record of winning new logo clients in the Telecoms/Unified Comms space to assume responsibility for:Developing and delivering your new business sales plan by Identifying and cultivating new prospects within the regionConsult, scope and advise on how to improve the client’s communications environment and performance versus costDeliver pricing proposals which ensure margin performance is achievedSuccessfully manage the entire sales process to a close and facilitate seamless client onboardingMaintain an accurate record of activity and client development by effectively updating the company CRMSchedule attendance at relevant networking events and industry conferencesCandidates will likely possess the following skills, experience, and personal attributes:Extensive experience gained selling telecommunications solutions to SME, Enterprise, or Public Sector level clientsA consultative approach and ability to pinpoint improvement areas to ensure each client achieves a ‘purpose built’ and bespoke solutionExcellent communication skills and the ability to create and effectively deliver compelling presentations to a wide range of clients and stakeholdersStrong commercial understanding with accomplished decision-making and negotiation skillsA positive, enthusiastic, and focused approach with a strong determination for successThis represents a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative, ambitious, and progressive company and CV’s should be emailed in the first instance to:Tony Hamilton – Managing Director – Hamilton Hunter Ltd
