exciting opportunity to join our industry leading Sales and Account
Management function, as a Business Development Manager, supporting the next
phase of Cyberfort’s growth. You’ll be joining a culture of knowledge sharing

Development Managers are the leading point of contact for our customers and
all matters relating to their accounts. You’ll work hard to identify,
develop, build and maintain long-lasting client relationships. Finding,
developing and, ultimately, winning new logo business and new opportunities
within your assigned accounts, as well as securing renewal opportunities.The Cyberfort Group brings together leaders in the field of data
security. Our matrix of information and cyber services provides our clients
holistic support through their cyber journey. What you’ll be doing:
Use
your proven and logical methodology to apply to new business sales. Quickly
develop trusted relationships within target organisations and use these to establish
leads and develop these into opportunities which the organisation is well
placed to deliver. Find,
develop, and own new organisations from identification through to conversion,
calling on the relevant internal support as and when you need it. Develop
new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to
meet sales targets. Manging
client accounts, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximise
revenue and profit. Work
with our technology partners where appropriate to secure leads and add value
to client engagements. Serve
as the lead point of contact for all clients and matters relating to their
account. Develop
trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, client stakeholders and
executive sponsors. Focus
on driving recurring revenue opportunities through our managed service
offerings whilst tactically utilising our consultancy teams to demonstrate
capability. Ensure
the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs
and objectives Forecast
accurately & track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and
annual forecasts) Prepare
reports on account status and development. Assist
with challenging client requests or issue escalations as required. What
we're looking for To hit the ground running in
this role you’ll need a demonstrable track record of new business success
within the cyber security market, with a minimum of 2 years sales, account
management or client engagement role. Proven
experience in selling both managed services and consulting. Client/Relationship
orientated, taking a keen interest in your client/accounts and the goals and
priorities of the company. Proven
experience in presenting high quality, professional proposals, client facing
documentation and presentations to senior audiences. Strong
commercial acumen with the ability to understand client challenges and build
acceptable propositions to help solve those. Strong communication skills. Good business judgement. Passionate people person. Understand that challenging
your colleagues in a respectful and constructive way leads to better
outcomes. Confident to ask questions
and further your understanding. Our
